  • What's the process from start to finish?
    Getting a quote: 1.) Call or submit our online form to get your free quote 2.) You will receive your quote in your email 3.) You may "accept" or "decline" the quote in the email 4.) If accepted, we will contact you to schedule a date and time During the appointment: 1.) We cover any areas that may be prone to water damage, including electrical outlets 2.) We then connect our washing system to your hose spigot 3.) We pre-soak all plants and grass with water 4.) We apply our cleaning detergents and let them dwell for the recommended time 5.) We rinse until all of the mold and dirt is washed away. Payment: 1.) You will receive notification that the job is complete 2.) You will receive on invoice in-person or via email 3.)   • How do I get a Free Quote?
    Simply fill out our quote form online and we'll be in touch! We do our best to get photos and measurements of your property on Google Earth so we can get an accurate quote to you within 24 hours. If we are unable to get a clear view on Google Earth, we will contact you to set up a time for us to visit your property. No one is required to be home as long we have access to all neccessary areas.
  • How long will it take to wash my house?
    A typical 2,500 sqft home will take approximately 1.5 hours to wash
  • How long will my home stay clean?
    Most pressure washing projects done without proper detergents will see mold and mildew return within a couple weeks. This is because you're washing off the top layer but not killing the spore. With our process, we kill the spores and delay their return. Most homeowners see results for up to 1 year after our cleaning.
  • Do I need to be home during the appointment?
    We do not require you to be home as long as we have access to your hose spigot, all necessary gates/fences are open, and all windows are closed. We are happy to complete the service and email you an invoice.
  • Will my grass or plants be damaged?
    Some plants may react to our cleaning detergents, so we take extra precaution by soaking plants and grass with water before and after cleaning. This keeps everything hydrated and dilutes any detergents that may have drifted.
  • What is Soft Washing vs Pressure Washing?
    Soft-washing uses very light pressure, equivalent to a garden hose. Rather than using pressure to blast away dirt and mold (and risk damaging your property) we apply a safe cleaning detergent that kills mold and loosens dirt. Then we lightly rinse away with water.
  • Do I need to provide any of the materials or equiptment?
    We only need access to a hose spigot with running water. We've got the rest covered!
  • Do you wash windows?
    Unfortunately, we are not window cleaners. Our typical house wash will cover windows and remove dirt & dust, but we do not consider this a "window cleaning service".
  • How soon must I cancel my appoinment?
    You must cancel your appointment within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment date and time.
